- Fixed a bug on the Rink Details page to show the bulletin board messages posted on the mobile view -- previously only showing the default message.

- Modified the rinkinfo page to hide Request Operator Status button if the user browsing the rink is already an operator of that rink.

- Moved the social icons below the image on the rinkinfo page to declutter the page when more rink control buttons start appearing.
